EXIM Bank Recruitment : Export-Import Bank of India, an all-India premier financial institution engaged in financing, facilitating and promoting India’s international trade, having a network of 19 offices in India & overseas, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals in the following areas of expertise:

Name and No. of Posts

  1. Specialist Officer – Compliance – 1 no.
  2. Specialist Officer – Information Technology – 1 no.
  3. Specialist Officer – Human Resource – 1 no.
  4. Specialist Officer – Law – 1 nos.
  5. Specialist Officer – Recovery – 1 no.
  6. Specialist Officer – Accounts & Taxation – 1 nos.

Qualification and Experience

  1. Specialist Officer – Compliance
    Qualification – Post-Graduation Degree with specialization in finance as a full-time course from recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks (or its equivalent).
    In case of Chartered Accountants (CAs), passing the professional examination in maximum of 2 attempts is sufficient.
    Experience – Candidates having experience with Public Sector Banks.
  2. Specialist Officer – Information Technology
    Qualification – Graduation Degree with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade in B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science
    Experience – Candidates having at least 15 years of post-qualification experience with Public Sector Banks
  3. Specialist Officer – Human Resource
    Qualification – Post-Graduation Degree with specialization in Human Resource as full-time
    Experience – 15 years of post-qualification experience
  4. Specialist Officer – Law
    Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India
    Experience – at least 15 years of post-qualification experience
  5. Specialist Officer – Recovery
    Qualification – Post-Graduation Degree with specialization in finance or Cost Accountant as full-time
    Experience – 15 years of post-qualification experience of which at least 5 years should be in a recovery-related field.
  6. Specialist Officer – Accounts & Taxation
    Qualification – Post-Graduation Degree with specialization in finance or Cost Accountant as full-time
    Experience – at least 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in the taxation related matters

Pay Scale

The indicative remuneration for officer on contract would be in the range of ₹ 20 lakh to ₹ 50 lakh per annum (70% fixed Component and 30% variable Component) with annual increase of 10% based on satisfactory performance.

Period of contract

The contract of engagement would initially be for a period of 2 years and may be extendable by 1 year based on satisfactory performance and Bank’s requirements.

Application Fee

Application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) are ₹750/- for General and OBC candidates, ₹100/- (Intimation charges) for SC and Women candidates.
