Brief Information:
National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced notification for the recruitment of UGC-NET for ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor in June 2024. Those Candidates who are interested in the vacancy details & completed all eligibility criteria can read the Notification & Apply Online. As per UGC NET 2024 eligibility, candidates possessing a post-graduate degree with 55% marks are eligible to apply for UGC NET 2024.
Exam Pattern :
The exam is organized in two sessions – June and December session. Candidates have to qualify the entrance exam in order to get selected for these positions in various Indian Universities and colleges. Through this article, we have provided complete details regarding UGC NET 2024.

For OBC-Non Creamy Layer: Rs. 500/-
For SC/ST/PwD: Rs. 250/-
Important Dates To Remember
Starting date to Apply Online: 16-03-2020
Last date to Apply Online: 16-04-2020 (Upto 11:50 Pm)
Last date of payment of fee through Credit/ Debit/ Net Banking (through e-challan up to bank
hours): 17-04-2020 (up to 11:50 pm)
Date for Correction in Particulars of Application Form on website only: 18 to 24-04-2020
Downloading of Admit Cards from NTA website: 15-05-2020
Date of Examination (CBT): 15 to 20-06-2020
Declaration of Result on NTA website: 05-07-2020
Age Limit
For Junior Research Fellow: Not more than 30 years as on 01-06-2020
For Assistant Professor: There is no upper age limit.
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Education Qualification
As per UGC NET 2024 eligibility, candidates possessing a post-graduate degree with 55% marks are eligible to apply for UGC NET 2024.
