IIT Madras recruitment : Centre for industrial consultancy and sponsored research, IIT Madras invites application for the following temporary posts under the consultancy projects in the Dept. of Ocean Engineering, IIT Madras.

Name and No. of Posts :

1. Project Associate – 05 posts.
2. Senior Technician – 02 posts.
3. Junior Technician – 02 posts.

Qualification and Experience :

1. Project Associate
   Qualification : B.Tech/ B.E in Civil Engineering from a reputed university with an average marks of 60% or 6.5 and above
   Experience : Minimum 2 year of experience in design of RC structures.
   
2. Senior Technician
   Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering with an average marks of 60 % and above.
   Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience in drafting of RC structure using AutoCAD is essential.
   
3. Junior Technician
   Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering with an average marks of 60 % and above.
   Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in drafting of RC structure using AutoCAD is essential.
   

Duration :

Initially for a period of one year, extendable based on performance

Contract Term :

Initially for a period of one year, extendable based on performance.

Salary/ Pay Scale :

1. Project Associate – Rs.21,500/ -pm
2. Senior Technician – Rs.17,000/ -pm
3. Junior Technician – Rs.16,000/- pm
