Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a listed premier Mini Ratna Company of Government of India invites applications for Walk-in interview for filling up of the post of Senior Project Officers on contract basis in the following disciplines for CSL AN Ship Repair Unit (CANSRU), Port Blair
Branch and No. of Post:
SENIOR PROJECT OFFICERS ON CONTRACT BASIS
- Civil – 01 posts.
- Mechanical – (2 UR, 1 ST)
- Electrical – 2 posts (1 UR, 1 OBC)
- Instrumentation – 1 post (UR)
- Safety – 1 post (UR)
Qualification and Experience:
- Civil – Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
Experience– Minimum of four years post qualification experience/ Shipyard /Port / Engineering Company/Civil or Infrastructural Construction Company/ Government or Semi Government Company / Establishment. - Mechanical– Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
- Electrical – Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University.
- Instrumentation – Degree in Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University.
Experience for Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation- Minimum of four years post qualification experience/ training in a • Ship Building/ Ship Repair Company OR • Marine related Company / Port/ Engineering Company/ Government or Semi Government Company / Establishment.
5. Safety – Diploma in any branch of Engineering recognized from a recognized university/ Degree in Physics or Chemistry from a recognized university
Experience – Engineering Degree holders shall have minimum four years experience in a position of supervision or management in a Shipyard/ Factory
Period of Contract:
3 years subject to project requirements and performance.
Place of Posting:
The posting shall be at CSL AN Ship Repair Unit (CANSRU)
Renumeration :
Rs. 47,000/- in First year, Rs. 48,000/- in Second year and Rs. 50,000/- in third year.
Rs. 3000 compensation for extra work hours.
Age :
Age shall not exceed 35 years as on 17 March 2024.
Mode of Selection:
Walk-in interview starts from 0900 Hrs to 1500 hrs on 17 March 2024 at Marine Dockyard, Port Blair
