Engineering Projects (India) Ltd EPIL 2024 recruitment for Managers Gr-II (Legal)
EPIL, a ‘Mini Ratna’ Central Public Sector Enterprise under the aegis of Department of Heavy Industries, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Govt. of India with turnover of more than ` 1600 Crores, engaged in execution of wide range of multi facet projects on turnkey basis in Power, Steel, Industrial, Civil & Infrastructure Sectors, requires Legal professionals on contract basis having qualification and experience as detailed below :
Name and number of Posts:
Manager Gr-II (Legal) At E-2 Level– UR-03 OBC-01
Qualification:
LLB with (min 55% marks)
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of post-qualification executive experience with minimum 2 years in next below grade in an organization of repute. For practicing Advocates 4 years’ experience is required as an Advocate in High Court or lower courts. The applicant must have sound knowledge of Civil and Criminal Laws more specifically Arbitration Law, Commercial Laws, Contract Laws, Insolvency Law, Limitation Law and Labour Law etc.
Salary/Pay of Scale:
Rs. 50,000/– (Consolidated) per month. In addition to monthly consolidated remuneration, TA/DA & Medical Facilities are also admissible as per Rules of the Company.
Age relaxation:
Upper age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST applicants, 3 years for OBC applicants and 10 years for PWD Applicants.
Selection Procedure:
The shortlisting of candidates for the EPIL 2024 recruitment will be based on the percentage of marks secured in requisite qualification in 1: 5 ratio and will be intimated at least 20 days in advance for interview through email.
If required, management may conduct Written test for screening of applicants depending upon the number of applications received against the post.
