BECIL Recruitment of Project Director, IT Manager & others – 20 Posts
ON-LINE Applications are invited for recruitment of the following post purely on contract basis for Cable TV Motoring Cell of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, New Delhi.

- Project Director – 1 nos.
- Assistant Project Director– 4 nos.
- IT Manager – 1 nos.
- Project Executive – 14 nos.
Qualification and Experience
- Project Director
Qualification – Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent
Experience – 12 Years of overall Experience in the Broadcast Sector with at least the 2 years in supervisory/ management position and 2 years in the Digital Cable TV Distribution Sector - Assistant Project Director
Qualification– Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent
Experience – Minimum 8 Years of overall Experience in the Broadcast Sector with at least 2 years in the Cable TV Distribution Sector - IT Manager
Qualification – Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer/ IT) OR MCA OR equivalent
Experience – 6 Years of overall Experience in the Managing and supporting the IT infrastructure - Project Executive
Qualification – Diploma (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent
Experience – 2 Years of Experience in the field of Digital Cable TV Distribution
Contract Period
The contract period will be for 3 years. Contract period can be extended as per the requirement of the Project.
Salary/Consolidated pay
- Project Director – ₹ 60,000/- per month.
- Assistant Project Director– ₹ 50,000/-
- IT Manager – ₹ 35,000/-
- Project Executive – ₹ 30,000/-
Selection Procedure
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview. Interviews will be held in Delhi/ Noida (interviews may be conducted online through video conference system, if required)
